Sale Pending in Shady Canyon

Well, it looks like 21 Salt Bush in Shady Canyon has a sale pending. I am curious if they got the $5,995,000 asking price. Would you have paid the $913.04 per square foot that they were asking for?

There will always be people with money. Hell, if you had 500k in oil/nat gas stocks in 2001....you could have bought that place.
