I saw an REO listed on realtystore.com for 52 crimson rose for asking price of $1,125,000 but when i look at redfin, it stated it was sold on 07/15/2009 for about $1,588,000. Is the listing on realtystore.com old? Anyone care to offer their insight? Thanks in advance.

The 7/15/09 sales price of $1,588,000 was the amount the bank took the property back for (i.e. the opening bid at the auction and no one bid on it). The home was sold on 9/25/09 for $1,180,000 to a CASH buyer.
