Redfin price per sqft. for Irvine

Maybe I am a bit slow, insert joke from awgee, ipoplaya, tenmagnet, or IR2 here, but I just noticed that Redfin has been doing monthly reports on Irvine's housing market. Pretty interesting stuff. Does this seem to jive with the MLS data? I can dig up the DataQuick sqft. data for a YOY comparison to see if they match. But, for now here is the purdy chartpr0n for you all...

Thanks for the charts! It's really easy to see how the low price properties are dragging the market down. The listing price is trailing the actual sold properties by several months. Too bad they're not going to catch up for a long time!
