Record visits...

I like to look at the forum stats on the homepage every once in a while and I noticed that Sunday, June 8, TI had the highest visits ever, 395.

Prior to that, I think the high was early March.

It seems to track with whenever a new community opens up in Irvine (although I'm not sure which one opened in March... although maybe that was the time more information was being published about Orchard Hills).

I'm guessing there was a lot of interest in OH over the weekend which caused the new record. Or maybe everyone was looking for bones.

I wonder if TI is the most popular localized Orange County real estate forum. I don't think there is a TalkSantaAna, TalkLakeForest or TalkAlisoViejo. And from what I can see, TI has way more hits, posts, threads than even the Redfin OC forums.

I really think zovall should add some Google AdSense to this site... to pay for the hosting/admin costs.

8:44am Sunday?  Such a weird time/day to hit the record.  What time was it in China?

It also hit above 350 on June 3 around 8:45 pm, but soon drop to around 120 10 min later.

I thought it was strange with that many visitor at one moment than few minutes later, traffic level dropped back to normal.  Maybe someone try to hack TI?
