Recommendations for contractors to do some concrete pavers in my new backyard

Just moved into the area and looking for some good contractors to put concrete pavers for my new backyard in portola springs. 
Any good recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still in the process of getting bids from several landscaper/hardscapers and we're getting pavers with whoever we choose.

Some companies we're talking to:
- Prunin (prunin.com)
- BAC Landscape and Hardscape (baclandscapinginc.com)
- Vega Landscape (vegalandscape.net)
- Ramco Construction (ramco13.com)

Go Pavers seems good, though they seem to require a minimum 1000 square feet, which we don't have.

I have three different contractors coming out next friday to give me estimates.  Hopefully all goes well.

Just thought I'd update. 
Actually, the minimum is 350 square feet. (The website gives costs related to 1,000 square feet.)
