Considering NTS status home purchase (home scheduled for auction, not underwater) have done my homework on title and lien status.



Two questions:



Would appreciate referral to a real estate attorney in Central OC with demonstrated experience closing residential cash transactions with seller and trustee deeds.



If I plan to live in the residence- should I be concerned about CC1695? I believe I would not be considered an equity buyer and would not be at risk of the 2 year seller recapture window.
