Anyone a member? Any idea how easy/difficult it is to just pick up a match or hit? Is the place deserted during the day or are there opportunities to pick something up midday or mid-afternoon?

Thanks.

Went there one Saturday afternoon as a non-member. Impression (don't take my words as gospel, just an one-day experience):

1- Lots of courts, and many of them were empty.

2- Members were older, typically 50+

3- Not too fancy a place, the facilities look a bit dated.

4- No cougar hotties!

LOL! Thanks, appreciate the feedback.

Mikal, Not sure if you are still looking for a tennis club, but I would stongly suggest joining Palisades Tennis Club in Newport Beach. I have been a member for about 15 years now. The social scene is great (ie., bar, Calcutta, Club Championships) and it has the best players in Orange County. Let me know if you want any additional information.
