Hmm......looks like a major turnaround....or..........maybe not. Looks like things are getting better..........or.............they could get a little or a lot worse..............or.................they might stay the same for 5 years, these guys are brilliant! That's one way to make sure you are always correct: offer up every possibility as a possibility!

Ha ha ha. Watched a different interview where the reporter was badgering Shiller to make a firm prediction after he'd hedged his bets so many ways. Schiller said with a mischievious smile he'd predict that housing prices would not go down 100% :).
