What a mess, told by IrvinePD parking lots full???  WTF?  Very poor planning, unlit streets full of pedestrians, golf carts fully loaded with passengers driving in the lane next to me.  If I was in that cart I would be scared.  Lanes coned off due to heavy machinery occupying it thereby creating another bottleneck.  Hello?  You had all day to move that machinery.

If I was a Pavilion Park resident I would be pissed tonight.  Can't even get home, Irvine Blvd backed up almost to Sand Canyon. 
Pumpkin agony.  Ended up going to TJs, getting a $3 pumpkin and gonna do our own 'glow' at home.

Went down Portola and turned into Ridge Valley.  Parked at Bone's home and walked there.. No traffic that way :)
 
Couple pics... It was ok but nothing great.  Traffic was fine if you stuck to Portola and Ridge Valley entrance.

We avoided Irvine Blvd and Ridge Valley like the plague.

Me and Jmoney lived in PP.  Not sure about bone.

We went to the RISE as well.  Not only it was spectacular it was also a humbling experience.  There is so much unconventional talent and creativity in this world.  It also makes you question why we put our children trough all these SAT prep, may be we should let everyone develop their own talent and pay them enough to make an honest living
 
I went out before the event started. Kid was home with nanny. My mother in law couldn't even get in to visit my kid. Lol. Thank goodness I wasn't here.

Did they break the record?  I have to imagine PP was never designed for an event like is.  I saw a line of cars parked on the right Lane driving up ridge valley. Lol

Old record was 1301, they hit 1500.

Hey if this event stopped your mother in law from reaching your house, it was worth it.

It depends. You know that saying, happy wife happy life. So if the mother in law didn't come due to traffic (NYC style), I assume the wife wouldn't be happy that her mother is stuck in traffic. So in effect throw out the happy life for this weekend.  ;) #blameitontheglow
