706 Park lane is a street one block north of Floral Park separated by the Santiago Creek River Bed. It is not in Floral Park. Just a half block north of this property are the Shea McMansions selling for 1.4 millions. The community of Floral Park banned Shea from using the name and ruining the reputation of Floral Park. You can see the Shea homes from the glass sound wall next to the 22 fwy/ 5 fwy transition.

I believe that 3 Del Mar has a notice of foreclosure filed against it, if it hasn't gone to auction yet.

I believe 18 Sagamore and 68 Arcata are foreclosures too.
