Looking at the recent prices for the new homes in Irvine (especially Portola), wouldn't alot of buyers who purchased in the early phases (approx. 1 year ago) benefit from Prop 8?  here's a link to the oc assessor's website..  should be easy to prove to the county for the price drop since there are alot of comps.. what do you guys think?
