Please delete this thread

The original poster of any thread now has many options available to him or her. One of those functions is moving the thread to a different board. The button may be easy to miss because it is not at the top-right with the "quote", "thank you", and other buttons. It will be on your bottom-left at the bottom of the entire thread where it says "move topic" and "lock thread". When you click "move topic" it will prompt you to tell it where to move it from there. Since we are primarily self-moderated now (i.e. the original poster gets to take care of their own thread), hopefully these new features will be convenient and fun to use. You were correct in assessing that the "delete thread" option is not currently switched on for the O.P.
