I tried searching but couldn't find the peak median home price for Irvine. I then wanted to compare that to the most recent median home price that is on record for Irvine. Anybody have this info?

Peak median that I came up with in 2006 was $750K in June of that year. Last month's median was $585K.

I just wanted to see how much Irvine homes have depreciated compared to other cities in SoCal.
