Ellen Pao was screwed by her own peeps (both literally and figuratively).  They should have picked more blacks and Mexicans for the jury.

WTTCHMN hit the nail on the head.  What's with all the Asians on the panel?  Everyone knows Asian jurors are biased against civil plaintiffs.  Ellen Pao should sue her own lawyers for malpractice for not having any common sense.

Replace the plaintiff with a mexican/black woman and the Asians on the jury with Mexicans/blacks and she would have won a billion dollars.

Her case was whisper thin, budding from personal spite more than anything else. The jury could have been packed with Martians and it still wouldn't have gone her way. Never take a case of white collar entitlement mentality in front of a jury of anyones peers.
