Got some tickets just now, used code "TRAVELZOOOC" to reduce my $80 ticket to $40.  Got Orchestra Left seating for 3 for $120.  Hope the kid likes it.  Gonna be way past her bedtime, but at least it's a Saturday.

SoCal was right, Golden Girls party and lots of grandma perfume (a slow torture).  It was a sea of cotton balls.  We were Orchestra Left and surrounded by AARP members.  There were kids but easily outnumbered by the Laguna Woods crowd. 

Overall enjoyable.  Grabbed some Capriottis and Class 302 popcorn chicken, washed it down with some Leese Fitch Pinot (good for picnics, no cork and not a screw top).  The seats were decent sized, with plenty of leg room, which was a surprise to us.  But my back was pretty sore after an hour on the hard plastic.  Bring a cushion like the smart old timers did next time.  Getting out was a bitch.  Took us about 45 minutes.  Probably won't do it again if it is this late and at this venue.  They need better traffic control in the parking lots when people are leaving.
