Officials seek photos from fire

Crowd of 30-40 reportedly gathered on Black Star Canyon Road, taking videos and still photos, as Santiago fire began.

Best of luck to those officials. People who hang out on Black Star Canyon road aren't exactly the type who want to cooperate with authorities.

They're mostly mountain bikers who drive to the area.

If they were mountain bikers, they would prbly will mostly likely be quite friendly with local law enforcement. On the other hand, if they were the squatters of blackstar proper, and I don't think there's 40 of them, the law might encounter some resistance.
