I heard on the news that the LaHabra house is a lease-to-own deal. Is that true?

And don't hate me for this but she kind of reminds me of Angelina Jolie... not just looks-wise... a bit psycho and obsessed with a huge family.

The articles I read last week also said the deal was seller-financed.

Are you saying that lease-to-own == seller-financed?

Sounds like it to me.

I'm sure the seller thinks that Octo must be getting cash from all those interviews so it's a good risk to take on... shyeah right.
