I have an assistant, so she could always run out to get more treats if we get a swarm of TI folks.

Congrats on the listing. I think it's priced too high.

But it looks more upgraded with better landscaping, staging, etc.

Hopefully the owners are willing to accept less. I always think it's a smarter strategy to list a little lower (I'd think $849k) and hope to get multiple offers.
