Received 4 offers and opened escrow with a buyer on Friday, the deposit was wired to escrow today so I changed the status on MLS and updated the price.

Got word from escrow that the transaction closed today.  The sales price was $1,450,000 or $100,000 over the list price and the seller also got a free rent back.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
