A friend of mine is renting a property from a private party and wants to know if the owner is current on the mortgage, HOA.

PM me the address and I can check to see if there's been an NOD files and/or if the property have not been paid. There's no way of telling if the owner is late on the HOA unless they've filed a lien on the property.
