Moving Company

Does anyone know a cheap and reliable moving company.  They must have worker's compensation insurance.

 
I used OC Movers.  A lady here at my work, husband owns the company.  The movers were really careful with my stuff and even wore booties in my prior home.  I'll be using them again later this year.

It's too late now but i also want to share my moving experience.I moved recently an NJ packing services helped me out in packing and moving the whole. The way they packed everything was great and no damage i had during the move.
 
I've had to move a lot in the past couple years and your best bet is to find a couple that seem like they know what they're doing (i.e. have been in business for a while) and getting quotes from all of them. The prices can vary somewhat and from what I understand all professional movers must carrier certain types of insurance, including workers comp.
