In other words, we're adding some bullshit parameters.

Irvine and Seattle should be #2 and #3, respectively, if we actually use OBJECTIVE parameters to determine the most EDUCATED cities.

One has to wonder what the rankings would be if those nonsense filters were stripped away. I don't know if Seattle would rank as high however compared to a San Jose for example.

Well, I'm not so sure that San Jose would be ranked that high, though. The richer SV engineers would be living in surrounding cities like Cupertino, Mountain View, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and even Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Milpitas and Fremont.

You can just sort by the columns though. Irvine is 4th place for graduate degrees, 3rd place for bachelors, and has the 2nd lowest HS dropout rate.

Based on those three categories alone, Irvine is probably the 2nd most educated after Arlington, VA, which is 1st, 1st, and 6th in those respective categories.

It's getting difficult to tell the difference when I drive down the 405 and see graffiti all along walls near Jeffrey. It's sad what is happening in Irvine these days.
