It will be interesting to see how many convictions of people occur at all levels from the fall out of the declines. A rising market takes care of most problems until it stalls.

I saw this in the last 2 downturns where several builders were busted for fruad several years after their companies failed. It takes a while for the system to catch up.

Xsocal....I'm working the 6PM to 7AM shift for the next few months....so I'm up during these hours now. I try to maintain the schedule during my off days too, so my metabolism doesn't get all messed up. Hence, posts now happening at 0400 AM ! ;)

Yep, saw that yesterday, wow, some people just don't get it. I'm kinda hope we run into something like that. We can remodel the house easily and pick it up for cheap!

Good, glad he is going to jail. He knows that anything attached to the property and is Real property meaning he cannot remove it. Anything that is not attached to a house is private property. Basic RE 101. What an idiot...and a thief. One nice thing he is no longer a Broker...
