Mello Roose?

Hi everyone,

The HOA's in Ladera are pretty high. Do you know if in addition to the HOA's, you still have to pay Mello Roose on top of it? If so, how much is it? Also, do you know what the property tax rate is in this area?

What other cities are there in the South county that do not have Mello Roose? Does Aliso have it as well?

Thanks,

Al

Oh No!!!!! This may be the last straw that will break the camel's back.

Al, since you are new to the forum Graph may forgive you. Mello Roos is a topic that has been discussed, explained, studied, debated, elaborated, argued and inquired endlessly. There is a search box at the upper right hand corner of this page just for you. The members here get very annoyed when newbies post questions before doing their share of homework. The members here are smart, knowledgeable and have a low tolerance for ignorants.

Al - Try the "search" function, but use the spelling Mello Roos.

"Okay then, what is Rello Moose?"

awgee, I believe this Mozzarello Moose is what you seek. Try it with a sliced tomato on rye.

I guess Wrellow Wroose is Astro from the Jetsons spoken version of either Mello Roos or Mellow Moose.
