Can anybody help me with this? <a href="http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=878019">This property </a>is listed on redfin as having sold for $174k a couple weeks ago.





Can this actually be possible? Or is it some kind of REO or what?

It has to be a typo. The past listings for the address priced it at $699K.

The listing price was $699,000. Zillow doesn't list a sale price yet.

Sometimes I have seen Redfin pick up a recorded mortgage as a sale. It is just an error.
