If anyone has the resources, take a look at the previous sales (2005) for 5931 kingsbriar in yorba linda and 5762 furnace creek rd in yorba linda.

Both bought by the same person, 100% financed and both bought from the same seller. first house ended up at an auction, 2nd one is in foreclosure.

I believe they work together too.

breal - I took a look and it could be something strange going on. If the second one goes through foreclosure it will make it obvious. What will be interesting is to see if the same RE broker gets the second foreclosure.
