Lone accountant takes on the IRS and wins

WASHINGTON -It took seven years, but Charles Ulrich did something many people dream about, but few succeed at: He beat the IRS in a tax dispute.

Not only that, but tax experts say potentially millions of other taxpayers could benefit from his victory.

Score one for accountants !

Good for him! Unfortuantely most IRS people (being Govt. workers) aren't too motivated to do the right thing.... Plus as most govt. things, most of their decisions are politically motivated.

We'll see what the fallout is....
