Lennar and SunCal update

Graph and No_Vas

Graph I know you follow these things. It is very interesting that Lennar got behind the power curve on this one.

There are various related links there also.

I think this was in your part of the country.

enjoy!

It is.

Mesa Marin is closed (there gonna develop it! Go figure.) and they are building a new track about 10 miles south of Buttonwillow on the 5.

Other than that (being close to the track).........why the hell would anyone want to live in McCallister Ranch? The locals can't afford it (duh) and anyone who's there in the summer would be inclined to shoot themselves rather than invest here.

Old west style boondoggle.

What type of track? Whats the name? I hadn't heard about that.

I ran a Legends car at Buttonwillow twice. I got that little thing up to about 130 on the long straight and scared my myself silly. Guys with 2:50 gears were doing 140 or so.

I liked circle tracks a lot better. No fear of walls but the road course stuff was sketchy.

Enjoy!

Minor problem. I think they are broke and the track is half done.
