Tickets are $23 for adults and $17 for kids, less for weekdays. Look for discounts.
They took over space formally occupied by department store and part of the parking lot for outdoor circus area. If you have young kids, you might find this to be a great bargain compared to amusement park ticket prices. The display area is much bigger than expected and have lots of kids activities. Since the main display area is indoors you can go earlier (before nightfall) and still enjoy the light show. We brought 5 kids and they had a blast.
If you like comic books and vintage video games, check "Book Off" store next door. For cheap eats, Costco food court is next door. If you prefer better dining options, Cerritos Mall is about 2-3 miles away and has more higher end restaurant selections.
