Lake Mission Viejo

I thought we are in a serious water drought. I read an article that there is a man made lake in mission viejo used for recreation, swimming, fishing, etc.. They use drinking water to fill the lake.

at the end of date, upper class wont get penalized.  lower class wont get penalized.  and only middle class will get penalized.
