Laguna Niguel S&S;homes

Freeway access is really easy from San Joaquin Hills. Like was said, the 73 is about 1 or 2 minutes after you exit the guard gates. The 5 North is about 5 to 7 minutes taking either Oso or La Paz. The 5 South is less than 5 minutes...take Niguel road to Greenfield and then hop on the 73 South (no toll for this stretch of the freeway) and then it runs into the 5 South.

Also, for getting to the Irvine Spectrum. Taking Moulton to Irvine Center Drive/405 is about 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the lights). So it's not that far from Irvine.

The nice thing about Laguna Niguel is that you are literally 1 hour from either downtown San Diego or downtown LA...if the traffic is moving...and that's a big if.

This is correct. My parents still live in San Joaquin Hills and I lived there several years ago. The Y traffic can be pretty bad but if there's no traffic (just rush hour basically), you are good to go. Few places to eat compared to Irvine though.
