One of the things they listed was stainlesss steel kitchens - what is the alternative to stainless appliances?  I read an article this past year about the major appliance maker coming out with alternatives like - I forget but some other less shiny form of metal/steel and when these appliances get released they get blown out of the water by the stainless steel. Stainless is going nowhere.
