Irvine police car struck by an oncoming car.
 
Wonder who struck him?  Hippy kid that was texting?  FCB driver looking over new home brochures?  FCB kid with no idea on which lane they were driving in?
 
I go by that area a lot and while I'm not pleased with police officers right now, that wasn't me.  :P
