In short, one of the many lenders circling the drain sued implode-o-meter for putting their name on the web. Rock on them for keeping going.

Wow, I feel that SLAPP law is going to completely dismiss the case and of course he's going to get a summary judgement on how much it costs. What a bunch of douchebags.... if they lost funding they should look within, not without.
