A unit in the Plaza which originally sold for $1MM closed for $650k.

Several homes in Woodbridge closed last week

Woodbridge has been on a tear these past few weeks (or at least since I?ve been following these updates.)
Actually surprised at how quickly 21 Southwind closed given its higher price tag.
I?ll admit from the pictures, the view of the lake does look very nice.
