No, but it may be worth doing so get free access to MLS. My fear is that there is "code amongst thieves". I tried FSBO once before with lots of showings but no 2nd showing or offer. I listed with an agent 3 months after and got an offer in less than a month. Coincidence?

There are hundreds of vendors that make big money selling leads to green realtors! They collect leads this way. It's the Google concept that everyone is copying.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, there is a catch.
