How to find past listing info

Does anyone know a site that will give me information on a past listing. For instance I want to find out how many D.O.M. a house had before it sold. I tried trulia, zillow, redfin, etc with no luck.

Do you have a realtor? I think they can get you that kind of information.

Also, try PropertyShark.com... I've been able to get historical information on that site.

If it is in Irvine in the last couple of years, it is in my data set here: http://www.irvinerealtorsite.com/IrvineDowns.xls

If it is outside of Irvine, post it up and any of the realtors here will probably answer it quickly.

As IR2 stated, your best source for previous older listings is MLS.  I believe that only MLS listings less than 10 years old can be viewed.
