FWIW, I just wanted to share that in the approximately one year that I have been doing Bikram Yoga regularly, I have lost 15 pounds and kept it off, and dropped my total cholestrol level by ~25 points (assisted by some minor dietary adjustments and no prescription medication).
Do other forum regulars have any thoughts to share along these lines?
