I ran into someone from my old neighborhood that has worked for builders for many years. I think mostly recently at Toll maybe. Anyhoo, he recently got terminated and said that they were "going into a fetal position", i.e. skeleton staff to hopefully ride it out until a rebound. I think more and more builders will start to succumb if things don't improve soon...

I blame congress of the years 2000 for passing the deregulation and allowing the banks to be the new bucket houses which is legalized gambling on the market.

Working in new homes for the last 16 years a lot of my friends are unemployed and the few who are still employed don't expect to be having a job for very long. Very sad...
 
You're right. Spot has been everything from a bear to a lion to a killer whale... and everything in between... including a chimp.
