Homeowners Insurance Agent Recommendation?

Ok, its that time of the year for us.  Looking for some good referrals for insurance agents.  My guy was pretty good at first but seems to be slacking off a bit since we initially signed up with him (slow response times, increasing rates, etc.).  Thanks in advance!

I have both Mercury and Ameriprise (via Costco) for the properties that I own.  I'm happy with the service from both and both have competitive prices.
