Does anyone here have a good referral for the old fashion hardwood floor installation? I'm looking to install the type of hardwood floors that require (1) a subfloor (2) sanding (3) finishing and (4) sealing! I don't really want to buy an "enginered product" that we all see at Home Depot.

I'm having a real hard time finding anyone that does this in southern CA!
