The name is actually "Bird Nest" but for whatever the reason, they put up the sign "Happy Nest" in English.

This place was formally a Taiwanese cafe, but unfortunately the owner passed away and the wife couldn't continue the business. It has since been converted to a Shanghai restaurant.
The soup noodles at this restaurant gets a D, but the buns displayed above gets a B from me. They got the taste of the meat buns correctly, but the skin/texture is a bit unrefined compared to those you'd find in Taiwan. Never the less, it's delicious and worth the trip. Don't forget Honey Bakery next door for bread.
I've tried a few other dishes, Shanghai style sugar and vinegar short ribs. The flavor is good but again, the texture is a little off for me.
They also serve one of my favorite simple dishes, thinly sliced beef fried with hot chili peppers.
