Irvine also offers a bunch through their activities guide. We’ve tried a few over the years and I wasn’t too impressed. They are “cheaper” though so if you just need babysitting...

That's where I went... or summer school.
Are you looking for a long camp or just short stints? City of Irvine runs tons of different things, as does UCI... even the HOAs in the various hoods.
We did a tech camp and a basketball camp at UCI which were good but expensive. They also did art camp at Renaissance in Woodbridge a long time ago.
