My favorite place to look for things like that is Oriental Trading Company. They have the cutest things. Lots of novelty items.

There is the Panda Bear craft kit. It's only $3 and makes 12.
Here is an animal assortment which looks very cute. The paper is pre-printed with the animal colors and features. $8.50 for a variety of 6.
I've also seen kits at Michael's. That would be a good place to pop in and look.
