Don't worry about it and welcome to the forums. It's nice that you thought it would be good info and it is. Even Lansner at the OCR thought it was good stuff.
So by your name am I wrong to assume you are in the mortgage biz? If so it would be great if we had another poster with on the ground info. Mine is a bit detached but I still get some info and we have a few others like lendingmaestro who give is the inside scoop. The more info the better.
