Follow up on what Builders are doing to motivate sales

This is a timely followup article discussing incentives used by resale and builders alike to motivate sales. As stated earlier in the other thread on this subject it is best to push for a lower price but that may be in conflict with the builders goals.

Thanks, I got an idea or 2 to convey to my builder client. He doesn't want to lower his price, but will do other stuff.

I am glad it may be of help. Another idea is to finish off the home, install neutral florring and basic landscaping and offer it turn key so there in no more cash out of pocket for the buyer and one apprasial covers everything.
