So I've been in my Camden place for 3 years now (my how time flies). I think it's about time to get rid of my standard carpet and porcelain tiles.

I'm looking for nice hardwood floors and stone tile for my entire place, maybe some nice carpet for the bedrooms. Anyone have suggestions on affordable options? Is it the best way to purchase the materials and hire a contractor?

I'm not looking to spend 20K+ like Vintage Design Flooring was trying to get. TIA.
