Flat roofs in So cal

I'm trying to find out what percentage of homes in Southern California have flat roofs. anyone know of a website that may have this type of information?

Check with roofers because they fixed most of the leaks.

Sorry I don't know the answer but I remember watching one of those cable realtor shows and they guy talked about how bad flat roofs are because of, I think, more water damage. He was afraid the house wouldn't pass inspection and he was right.
 
Yeah, it's pretty popular in New Mexico with their Pueblo style homes. But it definitely exists in California.



I'm trying to gauge whether the market is big enough in So Cal to lax our underwriting guidelines on our insurance product. doesn't seem to be too much information on these puppies...
