We all know exercise helps you lose weight. But does it? There is almost no scientific evidence to support the orthodoxy. Indeed, it could even do the exact opposite... Wow this is retarded. Given the same daily calorie intake excersizing will make u lose weight. However, excersizing also increases ur appetite, so if u don't watch it u can end up eating all the calories back u burned. Losing weight is easy, count calories, no other 100% sure way to do it.
 
You're right, although it can be a real PITA to count calories...



I eat 3 Lean Cuisine or Healthy choice a Day during the week, that's less than 1500 calories a Day...



That was the easiest way for me...
