Alright, let's do another poll.

Lots of you here are waiting for house price to drop further.

In which scenerio would you prefer?

You just joined yesterday and your post is all about polling. You got a name that is not too serious and the animation of your avatar is obscene. In order to gain respect you first must earn it. My perception is that you are a shill for a builder or developer. The readers here are not responding because they do not trust you. The moderator is sending you a message also.

The mission of this blog is to inform, teach and share our knowledge from successes and mistakes related to housing and lifestyle improvement. You came across as someone who lack the sincerity. I am sorry about being straight forward. I feel your polling will only benefiting the greedy developers rather than the home shoppers researching the best home for their family.

If I worked for builders , you think i would have avatar and screen name like this? I dont need trust or earn respect from anyone.

a polll is a poll and as you can see there are quiet a few members voted.

judging by some of the references dropped in some of white trash's posts, i think its the same troll as irvinehomeowner. irvine home owner and avitar are the dead giveaway.

Nice catch acpme, and you win the prize of having our developers, develop the way to catch this easier. That could be a good thing, or bad thing. I am sure a free drink or two could make it not a bad thing.

There has to be some sort of psychological explanation on why the bullish ones tend to switch names. I am just a stage 5er, and accept that it will be many, many years before things will ever return to "normal". I sure seem to sleep a lot better that way, er what little sleep I get is a nice comfortable sleep.

Why is White Trash still a member or allowed to post? The language alone is reason enough. We're all adults, and the language is no big deal in the appropriate company, but it is totally inappropriate here. If White Trash has a problem with IHB or a moderator, there are much more articulate ways of getting that across. His immature, schoolyard profanity is just stupid and a waste of everyone's time.
 
This is a false dicotomy. I don't want to see the economy be up because houses are up. That is the borrow-and-spend stimulus that caused the economic problems to begin with. I want the causal link between house prices and the economy to be lessened or eliminated. I want to see the economy up and houses at rental parity which is where they usually are in the rest of the US. I want to see the pathology of the bubble that convinces people that houses can appreciate at double-digit rates forever to be purged from our collective consiousness.
